Overview We are seeking talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist's to join the dynamic team For our part-time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts. Needs at least 2years of experience and time management . The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients through expert eyelash application techniques while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties Perform eyelash extensions and related services with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment. Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Upsell additional services such as face waxing, teeth gems or teeth whitening. Will Train. 10% commission every sale Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash styling and beauty treatments Requirements Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong skills in retail sales and upselling techniques. Also Ability to perform, facial waxing, Lash Tints and lifts and other beauty treatment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients. Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation practices.
