+Experienced is a PlUS -Lash Technician + Training (for the right person) + Friendly team_ No drama + Flexible schedule + Must have :

Virginia Esthetician or Cosmetology license +

Part-time/Full-Time • Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay Tips Responsibilities include: Applying eyelash extensions that wow customers and protect the health and safety of their natural lashes Conducting world-class consultations, by following our proven method and listening to clients wants and expectations Building relationships with clients and building your book Educating clients on the best way to care for their extensions Selling products to ensure lash retention/skincare Converting clients to members Checking Clients in and out Rebook clients at check out Handing out referral cards Engaging customers with world-class customer service Following all sanitation protocols and standards Ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times Performing additional duties as required Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including head massages, facials, and specialized therapies, ensuring the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation of our clients.
