Licensed Nail Technician We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Nail Technician to join a growing luxury spa team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to provide more than a basic manicure or pedicure. We are looking for a nail professional who takes pride in delivering elevated spa services, exceptional results, and a client experience that feels thoughtful, relaxing, and personalized from beginning to end. Client experience is at the heart of everything we do. The right candidate will understand that technical skill is only part of what brings clients back. Professionalism, attention to detail, warmth, cleanliness, consistency, and the ability to make every guest feel genuinely cared for are equally important. We are also looking for someone with creativity and vision. We welcome new ideas and want a nail technician who is interested in helping shape the future of our nail services. We are not looking to simply follow every trend. We want someone who is excited to help set them. Compensation and Hiring Bonus 50/50 commission split $1,000 hiring bonus for full-time team members $500 hiring bonus for part-time team members Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Pay:

$37.71 - $44.68 per hour
