Nail Technician - Hourly or Commission Job Summary We're looking for a talented, motivated, and passionate Nail Technician to join our growing team at Nail Retreat . You'll provide exceptional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, nail enhancements, and custom nail art, while creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client. Responsibilities Perform professional manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, nail enhancements, and custom nail art. Maintain high standards of sanitation, disinfection, and safety in accordance with state regulations. Consult with clients and recommend appropriate services and nail care. Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, products, and colors. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Promote salon services, upgrades, and retail products. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation. Work collaboratively with the salon team to provide an exceptional client experience. Qualifications Current Nail Technician or Cosmetology License required . Previous professional nail service experience preferred. Knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and state regulations. Experience with gel, acrylics, nail enhancements, and nail art. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and positive attitude. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Retail sales and upselling experience is a plus. Additional beauty service experience is a plus.
