In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions, while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best by providing personalized treatments that highlight their natural beauty. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and care Builder Gel, Gel, X, Dip Powder Nail art experience+ Upscale clientele Tennessee license required Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations for nail care and enhancements Educate clients on proper nail maintenance, aftercare, and available retail products to enhance their experience Follow disinfection procedures diligently between appointments to prevent contamination Upsell additional services or retail products confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue Skills Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, and disinfection procedures Excellent client communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of esthetic waxing,body waxing, eyelash extensions not required but a plus Retail sales commission skills combined with upselling techniques to promote products confidently Strong understanding of sanitation standards within the beauty industryJoin us as an Experienced Nail Technician and bring your passion for beauty into an inspiring environment where your skills make a real difference!
