Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extensions, and pedicures with precision and care. Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style and preferences. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience. Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and other beauty essentials to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, gel techniques, and body waxing treatments to offer innovative services. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment at all times. Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with color theory for creating custom designs and nail art. Experience performing pedicures, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair styling, hair extensions, threading, barbering or related beauty services is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients while demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
