As our Leesburg, Gainesville, and Woodbridge shop continues to grow, we're seeking a Nail Technician who takes pride in exceptional service and wants to be part of a supportive, high-end team. Pay & Earning Potential $18-$20 per hour to start An additional $10-$20 per hour in gratuities Peak earning opportunities during weekends and evenings Flexible Scheduling We offer part-time and full-time roles with flexibility.

Ideal availability includes:

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (our busiest and highest-earning days) Evening shifts What You'll Do Provide professional 30, 45, and 60-minute manicures and pedicures tailored to men's grooming needs Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety Prepare, reset, and stock service areas between clients Educate guests on nail and skin care products to enhance results and experience Deliver consistent, elevated hospitality that exceeds expectations Support overall shop cleanliness and organization Participate in ongoing training and development Collaborate with teammates to maintain a polished, efficient environment What We're Looking For

•You can be unlicensed as long as you are willing to get licensed through our apprenticeship program Virginia Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (highly preferred) Unlicensed candidates may apply with a commitment to completing our VA-sanctioned Nail Technician Apprenticeship Program within two years. Mentors, tutors, and training materials are provided. Experience performing manicures and pedicures in a professional setting Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Passion for men's grooming and premium service Why Join Hammer & Nails?
