We are currently seeking a full
• or part-time front desk receptionist.

Your responsibilities will include answering the phone, scheduling and creating appointments, greeting all customers and assisting with any spa-related questions, cash handling and drawer-settling, and general upkeep of the front desk and waiting area. The ideal candidate has open availability, including on weekends, since those are our busiest times as a spa. We are happy to be flexible with you should you need time off for school or other commitments, so long as we are given notice of these events.

Requirements:

• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task and be efficient/productive in a fast-paced environment; our spa is very busy at times.
• Must have prior experience handling cash and possess basic math and time-keeping skills.
• Must have weekend availability (at least 2 days between Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
