Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Front Desk Manager who can balance reception duties with daily operations in a professional spa environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who provides excellent customer service while keeping the front desk running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and schedule appointments. Operate a POS system and process payments accurately. Communicate current promotions, treatments, and services to clients. Help manage the daily schedule and keep front desk operations organized. Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Balance multiple responsibilities while prioritizing client needs. Qualifications Previous reception or front desk management experience preferred. Experience using a POS system. Familiarity with appointment scheduling and phone management. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Friendly, professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
