Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A growing, multi-faceted small business is seeking a highly energetic, organized, and self-motivated Coordinator/Receptionist to work independently across our 3-in-1 concept. This is not a desk job — this is a hands-on, fast-paced, roaming position that blends administrative, customer service, retail, beauty, and light medical support duties. This role also includes assisting the owner with occasional personal and business-related tasks. Position Overview You will rotate between three business components: Salon & Spa Operations Booking and managing appointments Cleaning and maintaining the space Acting as key holder Supporting beauty professionals Retail Boutique Selling gifts and goods Providing excellent customer service Maintaining merchandising and cleanliness Medical Aesthetic Spa Support Greeting patients Assisting with front desk coordination Following HIPAA-compliant guidelines Supporting health providers as needed This is a highly independent role requiring strong time management and multitasking skills. You will work alongside beauty professionals and occasional medical providers while reporting directly to the owner.
