Candidates must have natural, excellent customer service skills and able to communicate clearly and professionally. High level customer service experience is required. Candidates must be well groomed, neatly attired and willing to learn. Prefer spa or salon reception experience. Job Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out
• Recommend and schedule treatments/services
• Answer phones and return calls
• Accurately book appointments
• Learn about our services provided
• Learn about our product lines
• Daily phone confirmations of upcoming appointments
• Light paperwork.
