Full Job Description Pay:

$90k to $95k per year Job description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility at the department head. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, and driving retail sales while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Must have luxury spa experience.

Duties:

Collaborate closely with ownership and hotel senior leadership Supervise and manage spa staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment. Oversee shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours. Drive retail sales by promoting spa products and services to clients effectively. Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering processes for retail products. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with services received. Implement administrative procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the spa. Collaborate with other departments to create promotional events and packages that attract new clients. Implement and coordinate fitness and wellness programs Responsible for overall cleanliness of the spa and fitness facilities Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction Developing and monitoring financial strategies to increase revenues while controlling operating expenses, monitoring annual budget and forecasts, reviewing monthly financial statements, utilizing yield management strategies Manages Salon & Spa controllable expenses such guest amenities, linen expense, professional salon products, and other supplies to achieve or exceed budgeted goals

Skills:

Proven experience in supervising staff within a spa or similar environment. Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales preferred. Excellent management abilities, including shift management experience. Effective recruiting skills to build a strong team of professionals. Background in customer service with a focus on creating positive client experiences. Administrative skills that support the operational needs of the spa. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.
