Job Description
Bilingual Salon Administrator / Front Desk Manager Casa Coco Nail & Wax Studio | Miramar Beach, FL Casa Coco is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Administrator & Front Desk Manager who is organized, proactive, sales-oriented and great with people.
Main responsibilities:
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Send daily performance and operations reports.
- Manage and coordinate salon staff.
- Organize and maximize the appointment schedule.
- Attract new clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Follow up with existing clients and increase rebooking.
- Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish.
- Promote services and retail products.
- Ensure Casa Coco's service and operational standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- Fluent English & Spanish.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organized, responsible and proactive.
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working with goals.
- Previous experience in administration, salon, hospitality, sales or customer service preferred.
