The qualified candidate should have a strong background providing the following: Scheduling appointments, Phone etiquette, multi- tasking, record keeping, team building, assist billing office with collections, and inventory control. Experience in the Cosmetology/ beauty industry is beneficial but not required. No nights! No Weekends! All applicants must have a passion for working with the senior population and an understanding of their needs and limitations. A caring, compassionate mindset and dependability are required for this position. Responsibilities Greet all clients/residents, family members and employees of the community with a warm, friendly attitude Ensure customer needs are identified Take appointments accurately Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner Complete salon paperwork carefully and efficiently Perform receptionist duties Maintain safety standards Maintain cleanliness of all work areas Maintain confidentiality of information Phone etiquette Multi- tasking Assist salon staff when needed Make weekly bank deposit Not an exhaustive list of duties; manager may add other tasks as needed Requirements High School Diploma/GED Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Friendly and Professional Demeanor; Patience Ability to walk & stand for long periods of time. Ability to reach with hands and arms Tuesday thru Friday 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM Pay starts at $16.00 hr with review after 90 days 4-5 days a week
