Description VIO Med Spa was founded in Strongsville, Ohio in 2017 and now operates 65 locations across more than 20 states. VIO means Value in Ourselves — the belief that when you feel good in your own skin, it changes how you show up everywhere else. We deliver provider-led aesthetic care. The licensed provider who treats a guest leads that guest's consultation from start to finish, and the plan is built around that guest's goals. Our model runs on membership and long-term relationships, which means we measure success by the guests who come back — not the ones who come once. We invest heavily in training through VIO Academy and vendor certification, and we back every location with a dedicated Franchise Performance Coach and Revenue Team. VIO's model is proven across 65 locations, which means your energy goes where it matters — building the team and growing the business. Ownership of the numbers : We know our revenue targets, our payroll, our inventory, and our KPIs. We look at what the numbers show and build the plan that responds to it.
