This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and creating a positive, efficient work environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service. Oversee the daily front desk operation and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate front desk schedules, shift coverage, and daily assignments. Serve as the primary point of support for front desk team members by answering questions and providing guidance. Communicate company updates, promotions, and operational changes to the team. Assist with onboarding and training new front desk staff. Manage appointments, payments, memberships, gift cards, and daily closing procedures. Support membership sales, retail sales, and guest retention goals. Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed while helping improve efficiency and team performance. Qualifications Previous customer service, hospitality, spa, salon, or medical office experience preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
