Job Description

Job Overview Venice Nail & Spa is seeking a dynamic and committed Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment. As a Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and salon performance. Duties Supervise daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Conduct interviews for new hires, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with our salon's values. Provide comprehensive employee orientation and ongoing training development to enhance staff skills. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Maintain effective communication with staff, addressing any concerns or suggestions promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Requirements Previous experience in store management or a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in payroll management and employee records. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members effectively. A passion for beauty trends and an understanding of market dynamics within the salon industry.
