Our front desk is the nucleus of the salon . This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience while helping keep the salon organized, clean, and running smoothly throughout the day. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can confidently multitask, take initiative, pay attention to the details, and recognize what needs to be done without always having to be asked. This is not just a "front desk job" it is a sales job. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phones, texts, and guest questions Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments accurately Check guests in and out and process payments Help maintain an organized and efficient appointment book Assist with rebooking, filling openings, and supporting the daily flow of the salon Educate guests about salon services, products, promotions, and policies Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk Help keep the salon guest-ready throughout the day, including light cleaning, laundry, restocking, and general salon upkeep Communicate effectively with stylists, assistants, management, and other front desk team members Complete opening, closing, and daily front desk responsibilities Help identify what needs attention and take initiative to get it done We're Looking for Someone Who Is An excellent multitasker Friendly and confident with exceptional customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities at once Proactive and willing to take initiative Comfortable helping with cleaning and maintaining the salon A strong communicator and team player Professional in appearance and communication Comfortable learning salon software and technology About TEEZ Hair Studio TEEZ Hair Studio is a busy, team-focused salon in Highland Village.
