JOB DESCRIPTION

Must have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettably fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Oversee daily salon operations including hiring and training of staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed. Organizing employees' shifts, considering peak times and seasonality. Ensure all treatments meet high-quality standards. Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner. Oversee and maintain cleanliness of salon. Operating the Point-of-Sale software system. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced atmosphere. Ability to work with kids. Ability to work weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

Three years of prior management experience preferred. Able to work weekends. Cosmetology license not required but is a benefit.
