Follow up with first-time guests who haven't joined, past guests who haven't returned, and members who need help staying engaged. Look ahead at appointment availability and organize outreach to fill open spots. Identify appropriate upgrade, add-on, and additional service opportunities in coordination with the clinical team. Build local partnerships with gyms, personal trainers, businesses, and community organizations. Work with ownership and marketing support to turn promotions and incoming leads into booked visits and repeat business. Hire, onboard, schedule, coach, and manage employee performance in collaboration with ownership. Lead short daily huddles focused on guest experience, sales opportunities, appointment availability, and team priorities. Clinical decisions, treatment eligibility, and medical care remain with qualified clinical personnel. What we're looking for Demonstrated success in sales, with examples of goals you achieved or business you helped grow. Confidence starting conversations, following up, handling objections, and asking for a commitment. An assertive, personable communication style that builds trust.
