Responsibilities Perform clothing alterations and repairs on a variety of garments. Use sewing machines, hand sewing techniques, and construct complex garments. Assess fabric materials and garment construction details to determine the best alteration methods. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice, and ensuring satisfaction with finished products. Maintain a clean, organized workspace with proper handling of sewing equipment and fabric materials. Follow safety protocols when operating sewing machines, pressing equipment, and other tools to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in clothing alterations, garment sewing, and garment construction. Strong knowledge of fabric materials and stitching techniques. Skilled in hand sewing and operating various sewing machines with precision. Familiarity with stretch fabric is recommended but not required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively about garment adjustments and expectations. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating alterations accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Pay:

$13.00 - $14.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
