Job Description:

Are you a talented artist with a passion for creating perfect brows? Do you have the skills to turn your clients' brow dreams into reality? If so, we want you to join our team as a Microblading / Micro-shading Artist at Med Therapy & Spa Inc.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their desired brow look and any specific concerns. Perform thorough brow assessments to determine the best technique (microblading, micro-shading, or a combination) for each client. Design and shape eyebrows to enhance the client's natural features and complement their facial structure. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sterilization to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both clients and staff. Perform microblading and micro-shading procedures with precision and attention to detail. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques to continually improve your skills. Provide aftercare instructions and guidance to clients for optimal healing and long-lasting results. Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent customer service and outstanding results. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

Certified microblading/micro-shading artist with relevant training and certification. Strong artistic and design skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to consult with clients effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety. Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to staying current with trends and techniques. State licensure or certification as required by local regulations. A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
