About Goodwill of Greater Detroit:
Like all Goodwill organizations, we are a nonprofit organization whose mission revolves around helping people in our community with barriers to employment overcome those challenges in order to enjoy the benefits of work. We run a variety of free programs to serve those folks across the 5 counties that we serve. We also run businesses that provide employment opportunities to some of those program participants. And revenue from those businesses is used to pay for our programming! Our thrift stores are one of those businesses, so if you join our team, you will be helping to make our community a place where everyone has the opportunity to achieve their potential.
Our mission:
We build pathways to independence through personal development and the power of work. Goodwill of Greater Detroit is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate against applicants or employees based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or military veteran status.
