Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality decorative and functional designs on various fabric materials. Your expertise will ensure that each embroidered product meets precise specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of custom apparel, upholstery, and other textile products in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Operate industrial embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate placement and stitching of designs on different fabric materials Measure and align fabric and garments using measuring instruments to guarantee proper fit and design placement Maintain high quality standards by inspecting embroidered items for defects, inconsistencies, or errors during and after production Handle materials carefully, including fabric cutting, sewing, and assembling embroidered components into finished products Follow safety standards in production environments to ensure a safe workspace for yourself and colleagues Conduct dimensional measurements to verify that embroidered products meet specified size requirements Collaborate with team members on garment construction, seam construction, and upholstery projects as needed Skills Proficiency in operating sewing machines, embroidery machines, serging equipment, and other manufacturing tools Strong understanding of quality standards in production to maintain consistency and excellence in finished products Knowledge of measuring instruments used for fabric and garment measurements Experience with manual cutting (fabric cutting) techniques for preparing materials before embroidery or sewing Familiarity with sewing techniques such as garment sewing, upholstery sewing, seam construction, and garment construction Ability to handle various fabric materials confidently while maintaining safety standards in production environments Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse settings with a focus on embroidery or textile production Join us as an Embroidery Technician and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional textile products.
