Full job description We are currently seeking Experienced Upholstery Trimmers, with a minimum of 3 years' verifiable industry trimmer experience (general mechanical & fabrication is a plus), to join our team in the pursuit of our mission. We are looking for highly skilled and experienced auto upholstery trimmers. If you are passionate about your craft and enjoy working on cool cars, then this is the job for you. The ideal candidate must be a team player and have experience in making patterns, sewing, and fabricating interiors. Located in Ruther Glen, VA, Caroline Custom is a well-established Antique, Classic and Custom car maintenance, repair, fabrication and restoration company as well as a Van Conversion/Upfitter that has been in business for 25 years. We have far more work and opportunity available than we are able to handle. Our values are based on honesty, ethics, and professionalism. Your ideas and suggestions regarding process improvements and policy will be listened to and seriously considered.

Experience with custom vehicle interiors Experience with Convertible Tops Experience with custom Headliners Proficiency with sewing machines and hand tools Knowledge of different automotive materials Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Experience with leatherworking and vinyl repair from scratch Previous experience in auto trimming or upholstery Ability to lift and move heavy objects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiastic.
