Our team values empathy, humor, work-life balance, compassionate patient care, integrity. VCA Far Country Animal Hospital in Palmer, Alaska is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join us. Applicants must have clinical experience, have exceptional communication and technical skills. The successful candidate will be a believer in high-quality veterinary medicine and compassionate patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen. Familiarity with AAHA requirements and Fear Free Certification are a bonus. Pay will be commensurate with experience and skill and starts at $19 and up.
