Económico Animal Hospital in Gardena, CA Económico Animal Hospital is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and compassionate Veterinary Kennel Attendant to join our team! No previous kennel experience is required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, works well as part of a team, and has a genuine passion for providing high-quality care to animals. What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and professional Hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with dogs and cats of different sizes and temperaments Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and grow with our veterinary team Flexible availability, including Saturdays and some holidays Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs Job Duties Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Cleaning and disinfecting kennels, cages, and common areas Walking, handling, and safely restraining pets Feeding and providing water according to scheduled instructions Monitoring hospitalized and kenneled patients and reporting concerns to the veterinary team Assisting veterinary staff with patient care Administering medications and vaccines under veterinary direction and supervision, as permitted Assisting with nail trims, basic ear cleaning, and anal gland expressions Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary hospital environment Providing friendly and professional customer service Helping with additional animal-care and hospital duties as needed

Hospital Hours Monday-Friday:

8:30 AM - 6:30

PM Saturday:

8:30 AM - 1:30

PM Sunday:
