Job Description

Napa Humane Seeks a Compassionate, Animal Lover to join our team as a Veterinary Assistant or RVT Spay/Neuter Saves Lives When your head hits the pillow at night, it's good to know you've made a difference.
POSITION SUMMARY
Excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on clinical environment and takes pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care to animals and their people. The ideal candidate is confident in animal handling, comfortable with veterinary procedures, attentive to patient safety, and able to work collaboratively, but just as comfortable leading a vaccine clinic. The Senior Veterinary Assistant/RVT will provide hands-on patient care and veterinary support while also helping ensure that the Clinic is clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready to provide services each day. This is a hands-on clinical position—not a supervisory position. Position is between 24 and 32 hours per week.
