Ross Valley Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced CSR / Veterinary Technician Assistant to join our team! As a Veterinary CSR/Technician Assistant, you'll help clients and patients move smoothly through each visit. You'll balance front desk communication with hands-on animal care, supporting the veterinary team in a welcoming, organized clinic. This is a weekday position with no weekend shifts. This is a hybrid position with the best of both worlds! You'll work a few days each week as a CSR helping our clients and keeping the front desk running smoothly, and a few days each week as a Veterinary Technician Assistant, working alongside our doctors and technicians and helping care for our patients. Previous experience in BOTH veterinary client service/reception and hands-on veterinary assisting is required. What You'll Do Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check clients in/out Provide friendly, compassionate client service Assist doctors and technicians with appointments and patient care Safely handle and restrain dogs and cats Assist with lab samples, treatments, and procedures Keep exam and treatment areas stocked and organized Jump in wherever your team needs you!
