Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to support our doctors in delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care. This role is ideal for a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to exceptional patient care. Essential Responsibilities Assist veterinarians with surgical, dental, and diagnostic procedures Monitor anesthesia and ensure patient safety Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, dental radiographs, and laboratory sample processing Provide compassionate nursing care to hospitalized and surgical patients Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding treatments and recommendations Support efficient appointment flow by anticipating team needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment area Participate in team training and continuing education Qualifications 2+ years of veterinary experience preferred RVT license preferred but not required Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring and dental radiography strongly preferred Strong communication and client education skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Reliable, accountable, and team-focused mindset Schedule Monday-Friday operations Saturday rotations What We Offer Competitive pay: $23-$32/hour, based on experience and licensure CE support for RVTs Professional development and cross-training opportunities Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within a respected community practice If you are passionate about patient advocacy, teamwork, and continuing to grow your clinical skillset, we encourage you to apply today.
