Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the reception area
• Obtain and update patient records in the system accurately
• Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed
• Provide information to clients regarding services, fees, and pet care instructions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
• Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and appointment scheduling
