We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Technician/Veterinary Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and possess knowledge in animal care and handling. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with animals in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and support for animals in the kennel facility
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kennel area
• Monitor and record animal behavior and health status
• Assist with feeding, grooming, medicating and exercise routines for animals
• Interact with pet owners and provide updates on their pets' well-being
• Assist veterinarians with patients

Requirements:

• Knowledge of animal husbandry practices
• Familiarity with veterinary assistant duties is a plus
• Ability to handle dogs and cats of various sizes and temperaments
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Previous experience in pet sitting or animal care roles is advantageous
