Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and their pets with professionalism and warmth. Answer phone calls, provide information, take messages, and route calls appropriately. Manage client check-ins and check-outs, registrations, and confidential medical records. Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and waiting area. Support the veterinary team with administrative and client service tasks as needed. Drawing up vaccines. Dispensing Medications. Nail trims Holding/ restraining animals and taking notes

Part-time (4 days a week required)

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
