Overview We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people with their pets, animal care and assisting in veterinary procedures, while being reliable and dedicated to working with the team. We are a fast-paced high volume surgery and dental center. We are expanding to include wellness services as well. Our small, experienced team is seeking a full time assistant to grow with us as we expand. The ability to work well with others and assist in all areas of the hospital is a must. Duties

• Assist team members during examinations, surgeries, and other procedures
• Answer phones, check in patients, assist clients with paperwork and billing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the veterinary facility
• Monitor and record vital signs of animals
• Assist with client education on pet care and procedures Qualifications
• Ability to handle animal restraint with care and compassion
• Experience in a veterinary hospital
