In this position, you will begin your training as a Client Service Representative, with the opportunity to progressively cross-train into the Veterinary Assistant role as you develop your knowledge and skills. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about animal health and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced clinic setting. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently Manage electronic health records and document medical information accurately using appropriate practice management software Schedule patient appointments using practice management software while optimizing provider availability Provide excellent client service to pet owners and be able to educate on topics like preventive care, nutrition, and post-operative instructions Provide support through safe and Fear Free restraint practices and assist with patient care during treatments, examinations, or recovery Assist veterinarians and licensed veterinary technicians with medical procedures including blood sampling, diagnostic radiology, and surgical assistance Prepare examination rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinic environment Ensure a smooth and efficient client checkout experience Experience We welcome applicants of all experience levels. Pay:
