Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to support our veterinary team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for animal care, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Duties Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations using veterinary software. Assist with medical procedures, including animal restraint and taking vitals. Support surgical procedures by preparing equipment, assisting during surgeries, and maintaining sterile environments. Communicate effectively with clients about pet health, treatment plans, and post-visit instructions. Experience Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic is not necessary, but willingness to learn is essential. Can handle dogs and cats with patience and confidence. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
