• Strong assistant team: 8 assistants with varying levels of expertise
• Modern medicine: IDEXX in-house lab, digital & dental radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, routine and advanced surgeries
• Varied days: ~60-65 appointments per day and 20-30 surgeries per week
• Mentorship & onboarding: Shadow-based training with ongoing support

• Assist RVT's with surgery and monitor anesthesia
• Support doctors during exams and procedures
• Care for hospitalized patients
• Educate clients clearly and compassionately
• Practice low-stress handling and follow hospital protocols
• Maintain a clean and hygienic hospital environment Pay & Benefits
