INDEPENDENTLY
as well as within a team atmosphere with a willingness to take on the initiative and go above and beyond. Job duties include, but are not limited to: cleaning and making surgical packs, stocking the surgery room, assisting our Veterinary Technician, and Veterinarian. You can expect to restrain dogs and cats, assist during various procedures, and more. From feeding animals and cleaning cages to keeping up on the laundry, making appointments, answering phones, interacting with clients and pets, as well as doing office work. We are in need of someone who has excellent multi-tasking abilities. Since this position is labor intensive (we like to think of it as a labor of love), you must be comfortable standing on your feet for long periods of time, be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, and be willing to work in situations where you may come in contact with various chemicals and biological fluids. In addition to helping out behind the scenes, we want you to be able to do it all and help out at the front desk. Duties consist of answering the phones, scheduling appointments, filling prescriptions, and more. We are looking for an outstanding person who has a fantastic work ethic.
