As a hybrid team member, you'll be cross-trained as both a Veterinary Assistant and Client Service Representative, allowing you to support our hospital wherever the need is greatest. Shift hours may vary based on hospital needs and may include:

Monday & Tuesday:

2:00 PM

PM Sunday:

11:00 AM

• 7:00 PM You are not expected to work every day listed above.

Team members work a rotating schedule that includes evenings, rotating weekends, and holiday on-call responsibilities. What You'll Do Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care. Obtain patient histories and prepare patients for examination. Support treatments, diagnostics, and procedures. Welcome clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. Work collaboratively with the entire hospital team to deliver outstanding patient and client care. Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care Obtain patient histories and perform basic patient handling and restraint Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas Assist with diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures Monitor hospitalized patients Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hospital Educate clients on preventive care and treatment plans Support Urgent Care services Why Join Cleveland Road Animal Hospital?
