We are a 3 doctor, privately owned practice that provides outstanding medical, dental, surgical, and urgent care services for small animals, including exotics. We have an amazing team, and we are seeking that one amazing candidate to join this all-star crew. We have an astounding work environment and our clinic's core value is providing exceptional care while treating every one of our clients and patients like family. As a team member at Anna Veterinary Clinic, you will work directly with our practice owner DVM, alongside their Lead LVT to provide excellent patient care.
Required skills and experience:
Excellent Customer Service and Client Communication Skills Ability to start appointments and room patients and get history
Animal Restraint
Minimum of Cephalic Venipuncture
Radiology posistioning techniques
Preventative Care Knowledge
Knowledge of Small Animal diseases, supplemental, dietary care, and husbandry
Vaccination Schedules
Assist in patient examinations from wellness
Pharmacy
Laboratory and Diagnostics of starting Chemistry and CBC panels on Abaxis blood machines.
Work in a fast-paced environment
Self-Motivated
Be able to multitask
Be able to lift 50 lbs.
Work in a team environment and help in all areas of the hospital if needed.
Preffered skills and experience:
Catheter Placement Anesthetic Monitoring
Hospitalized patient care Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required.
