Looking for a motivated assistant or technician to help with clinic duties. May work independently at times, with minimal supervision. Fun working stress free environment, but at times fast paced. Looking for someone who is dependable, punctual and trustworthy. Someone that can multitask, prioritize, and organize work duties. Schedule is Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10-4pm Duties will include: Interview patients and document basic medical history Organize and schedule appointments Update medical records. Arrange laboratory services Assist during medical examination and procedures Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Handle receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments. Help with cleaning duties. Cover front desk if needed. Willing to be trained in aesthetic procedures, lasers, liposuction techniques, sterility, peptide and vitamin injections. Help with social media marketing. Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required. Help with student orientation and classroom set up.
