• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Provide general information to clients and visitors about the organization and its services
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area ```Skills```
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and multi-line phone systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of veterinary critical care, animal handling, pet care, dog training, pet grooming, aseptic technique, laboratory procedures, kennel operations, equine care, or pet sitting is a plus
