We want YOU to join our team at Gig Harbor's first (and only) feline-exclusive veterinary hospital.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and aiding clients with a friendly, competent demeanor
• Clear communication via phone and email with clients
• Managing appointments and cultivating a smooth flow of operations
• Creating a comfortable and low-stress environment for our feline patients
• Reviewing, uploading, and transmitting patient medical records
• Checking clients in and out of the hospital, collecting payment, and forward booking appointments
• Basic cleaning and stocking supplies in hospital
• Low-stress handling of patients during examinations and procedures

Requirements:

• Passion for cats and cat people
• 2 years of prior veterinary experience, and current Veterinary Medication Clerk License.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, personable, and dedicated to providing top quality service to patients and clients
• Ability to prioritize and switch tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with EzyVet software a bonus Compensation/Benefits include:
• Salary Range $20 to $24/hour
