We are currently an independently owned, one doctor practice located in Monona WI. We are proud of the fact we are independently owned and not corporately owned. This gives us the opportunity to make decisions as a team and make improvements as the team sees fit collectively. Our Ideal candidate would be hard working, a team player, able to communicate with owners, and obviously have a love for animals. Experience is preferred, but we would train the right individual.
Our clinic currently has:
Digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, surgical suite, separate dental area, three exam rooms, lab area with in-house IDEXX equipment, and staff break area.
Daily Tasks may include:
Assist Vet in exam rooms Perform venipuncture for blood draws and catheter placement Obtain laboratory sample collection, process and possibly interpret results (fecal/parasite analysis, ear cytology, skin cytology, urinalysis, blood smears) Perform digital radiography Prep patients/assist in surgery. Perform dental prophylaxes with full mouth dental radiographs on every patient Administer vaccines and medications (oral, topical, injectable) Fill prescriptions and discuss with clients Communicate with/educate clients
