Responsibilities Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams and procedures Safely restrain and handle patients Perform laboratory testing Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and organization Support patient care before, during, and after procedures Communicate clearly and kindly with clients and team members Follow AAHA standards and clinic protocols Maintain accurate records and assist with general clinic flow Utilize our Shepherd Practice Management Software Qualifications Previous experience as a Veterinary Assistant required References required Experience in a small animal practice preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care Hours for this position are: Monday
