Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and Veterinary Technician Lincoln Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or Veterinary Technician to join our multi-doctor team. Veterinary Technician An RVT license is preferred, but it is not required. Experienced Veterinary Technicians without an RVT license are encouraged to apply. We're a private-practice hospital and part of a four-location veterinary group serving the South Bay community. Our technicians work closely with doctors, veterinary assistants, and support staff to provide high-quality patient care. Our team also works alongside board-certified specialists, offering exposure to a wide variety of cases. Our hospital services and equipment include: Digital full-body and dental radiography In-house laboratory equipment Full dental suite Ultrasound ICU oxygen cage In-house and online pharmacy We practice high-quality medicine and provide opportunities for technicians to strengthen their technical skills and continue learning. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Venipuncture and IV catheter placement Anesthesia monitoring Cystocentesis and digital radiographs Dental procedures Administering vaccines and medications Laboratory testing and patient restraint Assisting doctors with patient care Preparing estimates and communicating with clients Strong customer service and communication skills are a must. Previous experience with ezyVet and SmartFlow is preferred. Schedule and Requirements Full-time position with a flexible 4/10 workweek Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, or both This position is based at Lincoln Animal Hospital in Cypress and may occasionally require floating to our other hospital locations in Long Beach, Lakewood, and Cypress. Compensation will depend on experience, technical skills, and credentials. Both RVTs and experienced Veterinary Technicians are encouraged to apply.
