About us. The position of a Kennel Technician has emerged at Animal Medical Center, the fast paced animal hospital off the busy intersection of Commericial Blvd. and University Drive! This position requires lots of love for the care of Animals; Walking, feeding, cleaning, and assisting veterinary technicians and doctors care for the animals that go through exam rooms for treatment, or hospitalized patients, as well as boarding and daycare pets. It is most important to make sure each pet is kept comfortable, clean, walked, and fed during their stay, and that the hospital is kept clean routinely. This position is offered for full time, caters lunch on the weekends, and offers lunch and learns during the week some days to stay sharp in the veterinary world to maintain quality care.
