Job Description

Aurora Animal Hospital is a AAHA accredited multi-doctor hospital looking for a registered veterinary techinician or an experienced veterinary technician. We are looking for a positive, self motivated individual to join our team. We have wonderful long established clients and practice high quality medicine. Some duties include but not limited to...

Assisting Veterinarian with Appointments, Drop offs, & Surgeries
Giving Injections & Medicating Patients
Placing IV Cathethers & Setting up Fluid Bags
Client Communication - going over estimates with clients, callbacks, educating clients about HWP & Flea Prevention in exam rooms, etc...
Entering charges into our Avimark Software System & Producing estimates
Taking Radiographs
Dental Cleanings
Taking temps, resp rate, and heart rate on patients Must be an animal lover and communicate well with clients.

We are searching for someone to provide 5 star service and care to our wonderful clients and fur clients!

Job Types:

Part-time, Full-time Pay:

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
