The Catmobile program at Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society brings high-quality veterinary care and spay/neuter services directly to communities throughout Massachusetts. Since 2008, our mobile veterinary clinics have helped make essential care accessible to cats and families who need it most. We're seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians who are confident in the surgical setting, understand the importance of high quality/high volume spay and neuter services, and want to use their skills for a meaningful cause. Daytime clinic hours. Our clinics operate Monday through Saturday, with schedules coordinated in advance. Who We're Looking For You're an experienced Veterinary Technician who knows your way around a surgical setting and takes pride in excellent patient care. Ideally, you bring: 2-5 years of surgical and/or anesthesia experience. Strong anesthesia monitoring, patient assessment, and perioperative care skills. The ability to stay organized, adaptable, and calm in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for feline welfare and accessible veterinary care. Experience in high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter (HQHVSN) is a plus, but not required. We value solid clinical skills, a great attitude, and a commitment to keeping patients safe. What You'll Do Working alongside our veterinarians and experienced support team, you'll help deliver high-quality care in our fully equipped mobile veterinary clinics. Our services include spay/neuter surgery, wellness exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and preventive care. Our support team transports and sets up the mobile clinic at each scheduled location, allowing you to focus on your patients and your role in delivering excellent surgical care. Where We Work Based in Salisbury, MA, the Catmobile serves the greater Merrimack Valley and communities throughout Massachusetts, including but not limited to: Methuen, Haverhill, Lowell, Billerica, Woburn, Fitchburg, Leominster, Salem, Danvers, Quincy, Brockton, Malden, Arlington, Attleboro, Framingham, and surrounding areas.
