Job Description

Do you love surgery? We are looking for an experienced, confident Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) who genuinely enjoys anesthesia, surgery, and being an important part of a highly skilled medical team. Our clinic provides high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter services, and we believe those two things should never be in conflict. High volume means being efficient and organized — not cutting corners. Every patient deserves thoughtful anesthesia, excellent pain management, careful monitoring, and compassionate care. If you are the LVT who notices the little things, takes anesthesia seriously, enjoys a well-run surgical day, and gets satisfaction from knowing you helped a team move efficiently while providing excellent medicine, you may be exactly who we are looking for. Why This Position? Because high-volume surgery doesn't have to mean low-quality medicine. We are building a surgical team that understands that efficiency and excellent patient care go hand in hand. We want our LVTs to bring their knowledge, experience, and ideas to the table. You'll have the opportunity to use your anesthesia and surgical skills regularly, work alongside a team that values your expertise, and see the direct impact of your work on a large number of animals and the people and organizations who care about them. This is a position for someone who enjoys the rhythm of a surgical day — getting everything prepared, working smoothly with your team, watching your patients closely, and knowing that at the end of the day you've helped provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care to a lot of animals. The Kind of Teammate We're Looking For We don't expect you to be perfect. We expect you to be engaged, accountable, curious, and willing to communicate.
We value LVTs who:
Ask questions. Share their knowledge. Speak up for their patients. Help their teammates succeed. Look for ways to improve workflow. Take pride in doing things well. Can laugh and have fun while still taking their work seriously. Most importantly, we want someone who understands that every patient matters — whether they're the first surgery of the morning or the tenth.
Schedule Part-time:
25-30 hours per week Schedule to be determined based on clinic needs and candidate availability. Required Current Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) credential required. Previous surgical and anesthesia experience strongly preferred. If This Sounds Like You... If you are an experienced LVT who loves surgery, appreciates a well-run surgical day, and wants to be part of a team that is serious about both quality and efficiency, we'd love to meet you. Come help us prove that high-volume can also mean high-quality.
Pay:
